The Household Pest Control (HPC) Mandate
As defined under Chapter 620-7, a written Household Pest Control contract must be issued for all residential properties before or upon the initiation of chemical or mechanical targeting.

3. Financial Terms & Contract Flexibility

Per-Visit Fee Structure: Services are rendered at a fixed stewardship rate of $75 per application.

No Long-Term Bindings: In alignment with open consumer choices, this agreement operates strictly on a per-service basis. The consumer is never locked into an annual contract duration.

Cancellation Rights: If any initial multi-visit proposal is signed ahead of schedule, the client retains a 3-day right of cancellation under the Georgia Fair Business Practices Act.
4. Operational Protocols & The Pesticide Use Record
Following every structural application or installation, Rule 620-3-.02(f) requires the technician to deliver a legible Pesticide Use Record to the property custodian containing:

5. Scope of Service & Exclusions

Included Services (HPC): Covers target-specific barriers, seasonal trailing modifications, and non-destructive insect/rodent exclusion within Chapter 620-7 definitions.

Excluded Services (WDO): This standard HPC arrangement does not constitute a Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) mitigation setup. Because this layout handles general household targets, it does not feature a termite retreatment bond or damage repair guaranty.

6. Record Retention Mandate

Per state rules 620-6-.02 and recent 620-7-.02 regulatory amendments, true and accurate copies of this signed summary agreement, electronic communication waivers, and all associated chemical application logs will be securely archived by the licensee for a minimum of two (2) years following the expiration or termination of service for state auditing purposes.
